Order Processing 🐝

Thank you for supporting Buzzy Buddies! Every order helps us continue creating stories, artwork, and adventures for Buzzy and friends.

Once your payment has been received, we'll carefully pack your order and send it on its way within:

  • 1–3 business days for orders within Kenya
  • 5–14 business days for international orders

(Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.)

During especially busy periods such as back-to-school season, festive holidays, or new product launches, processing and shipping may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience while our tiny team works hard to get every package ready.

Kenya Shipping 🇰🇪

Orders within Kenya typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We dispatch orders daily, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping 🌍

International deliveries generally take 5–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

All international orders are shipped by air freight, with shipping costs calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order.

While we do our best to ensure a smooth journey, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or customs clearance processes beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your country may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

To help avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment numbers, building names, or any other important delivery details.

If an order is returned because customs fees or duties were refused, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping costs or any customs-related charges incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

We encourage you to choose your items carefully, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Every Buzzy Buddies order is packed with love, care, and attention. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
